These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Healthcare Application (the "ZCare"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Application. By using the Application, you represent that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.
You may be able to submit certain information or content to the Application.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant the Application a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Application.
You are responsible for the content of your User Content and agree not to submit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF THE CONTENT ON THE APPLICATION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Application and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Beirut, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the Application. Your continued use of the Application after such notice will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or cash payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
